You may have never heard of New York DJ Stan Williams. But he has been living in Russia for many years now, creating radio shows, touring the world, and producing music all over Russia.
Stan Williams stayed in Russia to pursue his musical projects from Moscow due to family circumstances. He plays in the legendary Moscow clubs Ketchup, Fantomas, Garage, Duran Bar, Pacha, Alpha Future People and others. He is one of the pioneers of house music in New York and decided to do the same here in Russia.
Stan Williams was one of the last DJs at the legendary New York Studio 54 at the age of 19. In the early 90s, he was one of the pioneers of house music in New York and promoted many artists. He has worked with such legends as Frankie Knuckles, David Morales, Kerry Chandler, Kenny Carpenter, Mark Kamins, Madonna, Moby, Stereo MCs, Lisa Stansfield and others. He is currently represented on the home labels Jango Records (France), Gysnoize Recordings (Italy) and others.
